As an experienced Maths Specialist Leader of Education (SLE), she is deeply passionate about helping all students succeed, regardless of their background. With over 9 years of experience in the field, Mary-Kate has honed her expertise in curriculum design and resource creation, even authoring and series editing books for Oxford University Press. Her work at White Rose is underpinned by a strong belief in perfecting the small things so that the big things perfect themself.
